Upon entering this luxury condo you're immediately drawn to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors spanning the entire living area. The private balcony offers the most amazing views for enjoying morning coffee as you watch the dolphins ride the waves. The large flat-screen TV and ample seating will allow everyone to spend time together on your vacation. Formal dining seating and added seating at the breakfast bar will allow everyone to enjoy meals together. The gourmet kitchen features every upgrade with high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and every tool you'll need to create coastal cuisine that will amaze and satisfy every palate.

At sea level, both the Gulf and the tropical lagoon pool at Long Beach Resort serve to cool guests off after a day of sunbathing on the pristine beach. Had a great stay. There was construction going on when we were there but did not interfere with our stay or sitting on the balcony to watch the fabulous view. The room and space was perfect for our families to enjoy. Perfect location for the Ironman event. The running portion went right in front of the complex four times so able to cheer on our nephew and other Ironman. The restaurants in the area were great. Locale food.

This unit is very nice. The location is perfect. We did have a few maintenance issues but once we contacted the management company, they resolved the issues right away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE VACATION AT PCB EVERY YEAR, THIS IS OUR 1ST TIME BOOKING WITH BLUESWELL. WE LOVED THE LOCATION, THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES WITH THE ROOM BUT NOTHING MAJOR. THE BEDROOMS WERE HOT, SO WE USED THE EXTRA FANS AND THE BED IN MASTOR BEDROOM HAS SAND AND HAD A BAD SMELL. PUT THE SHEETS TO WASH AND HAD A CLEAN BED THE NEXT NIGHT. OVERALL I LOVED THE ROOM. THE STAFF AT BLUESWELL ARE VERY NICE. WOULD BOOK AGAIN.

The room was nice enough, but the housekeeping was only adequate (lots of dust and some of the extra blankets and pillows had not been washed). The listing warned us of onsite construction, but did not express the extent of the encumbrance. Our building's beach access was inaccessible, but the neighboring building offered access by walking through the parking lot and all the construction. One elevator was closed. The main issue however was that the listing said that the balconies would be closed from mid-November to mid-January, but when we arrived (October 10) there was a note from the HOA stating the balconies were closed and if we used them we would be evicted. We contacted Blue Swell to discuss the problem, and they thanked us for letting them know there was an error in the listing and to call the HOA office (no money back offered). We called the HOA after we noticed that the construction had moved away from our side of the building and inquired as to how we would know when we could use the balcony. We were curtly informed that the note would be removed from our door when that happened, and that it would be a long time yet, and we were reminded of the eviction threat. The key to avoiding situations like this is proper communication, starting with an accurate listing. This is not our first stay at Long Beach Resort, but it will be our last. We had thought about buying a condo at Long Beach, but are not interested in dealing with the HOA here.
