Cercanía del centro a la vez que súper tranquilo para poder descansar, justo lo que buscaba, cama súper cómoda.
El olor a cañería que había , y que le faltaba un poco de limpieza ya que había un montón de polvo y tela de arañas

The owner was very polite and helpful. The location was also very good, close to the centre.
There was a bad smell of dampness in the room, and when you opened the window, it smelled like sewage from outside. The soundproofing was also very poor.
