very clean and nice. comfy beds and spacious to spread out. beautiful porch area.

Location,
It was not "new" as advertised, under the couch cushion was horrible, chips, popcorn debris , etc. the stack of pool towel were damp. Needed to be washed and dried. The indoor hot tub chlorine was sooo bad you couldn't run the jets and the did not stay long.
