We liked the location and especially the time of year. We checked in when there were hardly any other guests and loved the solitude. At times, we were the only ones using the hot tub outdoors and the pool. The location was close to the areas we enjoyed visiting including: Zion's National Park, Snow Canyon, Pioneer Park, Quail Creek, and Sand Hollow State Parks. Our family used the grill provided to cook most of our meals.
Our person in our party thought the hot tub was not hot enough and there was some leaking on the stairs due to heavy rain. A couple of us almost slipped.

Location was excellent for access to multiple golf courses s well as Zion National Park.
There were a lot of steps to access the condo so if stairs are an issue for you this might not be the place for you. No elevator is available.

Well furnished. Kitchen well equipped. Clean. Covered parking space (double). Nice bedrooms.
Located at about 300 ft from highways… you hear trucks all the time. Rush hours noise is terrible. You can’t enjoy the terrace because of the noise. Don’t even think about opening the windows!
