Some basic amenities weren't provided: bin bags laundry detergent very limited dishwasher detergent (small dishwasher, one tablet per day) Couldn't turn dryer on (Mains LED not lit, no access to wall socket)

Clean facilities, nice area. Easy to use facilities as well.

We was advertised 4 beds but only received 3. One of us had to constantly sleep on the couch.

Location was good for the air show, and was in an area where there were restaurants and local shops. A large car park opposite as we had 2 cars.

The property had several things that could have been improved. The bins were full, several items were broken or damaged and we had to make a note of them for fear of being charged. The toothbrush holder in the en suite was filthy, the bedside lamp didn't work and there was rubbish in the bin under the bin liner. Stains all over the walls in the lounge. A little TLC throughout would have made a great improvement, however it didn't spoil our stay and I would recommend and would come again next year.

Complimentary kitchen and bathroom bits were nice.

Needed basic condiments in kitchen, salt and pepper would have been appreciated. Another toilet roll or 2 would have also been helpful. Biggest concern is the neighbours, one in particular who very aggressively and quite scarily came to our door being extremely threatening and abusive regarding noise. It was unprecedented temperatures this weekend and everybody's windows were open, we could hear everything around us from all sides, other people's televisions, talking, music, this is expected in these circumstances. Why we were targeted I don't know, he was extremely aggressive to my daughter when she opened the door, upset my other younger daughter to the point where we considered calling the police. He was from 2 doors down. I'd never stay here again because of this experience which is a shame because it was a great property all round.
