Vorsicht! Abzocke!
Das einzig Gute an diesem Haus ist die Lage: In einem Wohngebiet mit eigenem Parkplatz vor der Tür. Das Haus an sich ist jedoch mehr Schein als Sein: Auf den Fotos wirkt es großzügig und luxuriös. Beim Betreten fällt dann allerdings schnell auf, dass sowohl das Haus an sich als auch die Einrichtung stark abgenutzt und schmutzig sind. Es sind 5 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett vorhanden. Hierfür stehen allerdings nur zwei Mini-Badezimmer zur Verfügung. In einem der Badezimmer war der Spiegel völlig blind und verschmutzt. In einem der Schlafzimmer ist zudem das Fenster mit Pappe zugeklebt gewesen. Warum auch immer… Der relativ große „Garten“ besteht komplett aus einer riesigen Bretter-Konstruktion, die schon teilweise morsch ist und durchbricht. Es ist kein Baum, Busch oder Rasen vorhanden. Überall steht Unrat und Überbleibsel von Renovierungen herum. Das Gartentor war defekt, sodass jeder es von außen hätte öffnen können. Wir hatten Kakerlaken und anderes Ungeziefer im Haus. Auf der Bettwäsche waren deutlich sichtbare Flecken vorhanden. Am schlimmsten fanden wir allerdings, dass der Vermieter die zahlreichen Mängel am Tag nach unserem Einzug beheben wollte, zum vereinbarten Termin aber nicht erschienen ist. Um uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen zu lassen und weil wir uns mit unseren Kindern hier absolut nicht sicher und wohl gefühlt haben, haben wir das Haus auf eigene Kosten verlassen. Im Nachhinein hat uns der Vermieter nun sogar noch beschuldigt, dass wir die Schäden selbst verursacht hätten, und das, obwohl wir diese direkt nach Einzug freundlich bei ihm gemeldet haben! Also: Absolute Vorsicht bei dieser Unterkunft!
