    Everything was great, breakfast personally not worth paying for but nice if you get it as part of your stay! Good location, easy to access, staff is helpful and friendly. Bed is comfortable, shower pressure was AMAZING and AC was strong as needed. I would stay here again- although I might try another neighborhood!

    I would say the location is perfect, super close to train station, restaurants, shopping area. We booked the standard room with queen bed. Everything was okay and the room size was enough for 2 people with 4 luggages. We were super tired that day and didn't get the chance to inspect everything in the room. When we woke up the following day, the first thing I saw the moment I opened my eyes was the ceiling right above our bed where the aircon was, WERE MOLDS! I was disgusted and couldn't believe we were breathing molds overnight. Upon getting up, I inspected the whole room and voila! The walls and the bed headboard have molds too. The aircon was super dirty. We weren't able to raise our concern right away bec we have a scheduled day trip. When we got back to the hotel late night, we raised our concern to the frontdesk and they offered a room upgrade but we told the lady that room upgrade was not our concern, we want a clean room. We asked the lady to come with us to see and document that there were molds in the room. When the frontdesk lady accompanied us to the newer room, guess what? Same scenario. Molds in the AC, ceiling and wall. We checked another room, SAME!!!! The 3rd room she showed us was SAME!!! And the lady was very apologetic about this and she was shocked too that their rooms are dirty. We just asked her to have housekeeping clean the room thoroughly before we transfer but no housekeeper was available at night time so the frontdeak lady was the one who semi cleaned the room. When we got into the room, of course, it wasn't that clean and I understand it wasn't her job. She was very sorry about the physical and mental stress we experienced but that was a very terrible experience for us. Even the common area near the lounge's elevator at B1 was very dirty too. I suggest Amanek should take this SERIOUSLY AS THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD! We ended up having allergies during our 3-night stay.
