Hotel was too good and place also wonderful. But add your child also in booking. I Missed somehow but they asked extra amount of 3.5k. This was too huge comparatively. Already we paid for 3 rooms still they ask 3k means a lot. Then we shown that property policy says free for kids below 10y then they accepted. Other than this everything was good and food also good

We had a wonderful stay at the venue. It’s special because of its location and lovely surroundings and the topography. The weather was very kind and warm. Above all the food and the Hospitality was exceptional 👍

I recently stayed at Singaras Coffee Country Hotel and would like to share my experience. Firstly, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism of the staff. The breakfast provided was also satisfactory and contributed to a pleasant start to the day. However, there were several areas that need improvement. Despite the hotel's name, there was nothing related to coffee on the property, which was disappointing. Additionally, there were no activities or amenities available, making the stay less engaging. One significant inconvenience was the lack of accommodation and food arrangements for drivers, which is essential for guests traveling with a driver. In the twin deluxe room, there was no plug point, which is a basic necessity. Furthermore, the twin deluxe room was part of a villa with five rooms, but there were only two chairs outside the villa. This meant that if one family occupied the chairs, the other guests had to remain inside, which is not ideal when paying 4k for a room. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, there are several areas where the hotel could improve to provide a better experience for its guests.
