Welcome to the Ramp located in Salt Lake City’s Central Ninth at 900 S and 200 W. Central Ninth is emerging as one of the City’s most exciting neighborhoods with many new cafes, restaurants and brew pubs and a rapidly growing housing stock. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.

This recently completed building offers a sunlight filled 1/2-bedroom unit accessed via the lobby and building elevator. The unit features a modernist esthetic with a full complement of stainless-steel appliances, granite and wood counter tops, and plenty of cook and dinnerware for a home cooked meal. Countertop appliances include coffee grinder, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a floating vanity and a shower over a tub. The separate LR-BR features a full sofa bed. The other BR includes a twin over a full bunk. Each bedroom has a desk and wardrobe suitable for clothing and luggage storage. Lighting has been thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of sparkle and romance.

Solitude, Brighton, Snow Bird, Alta and Park City resorts are 30-40 minutes by car via the North Temple on ramp to I 15S and I 80E. I booked this hoping for a convenient and comfortable place close to the convention center as I was meeting my sister in town for 5 days at a convention! It was!! The place is functional (if you’re not trying to gather there, better for sleeping!) Very convenient for either a walk (1 mile) or drive to the convention center. Nearby stores were convenient. The only issues we had were minimal and rectified, we didn’t have all of the codes to enter the unit but residents helped us, there were no hangers in the closets so we purchased some, and we didn’t have reading glasses to get the password/wifi login but the manager was quick to reply and make sure we had the info.

One towel is not really enough. Also, you need to list better that there isn't a main bed. The pullout couch was a bit of a surprise.Also, need better blinds because the streetlight shines in and the blinds aren't sufficient. Was actually lighter in the unit at night than during the day. Didn't sleep well because of the bright light.
