We loved this place so much, we didnt want to leave. It is such a beautiful location, with its own jetty for swimming and canoeing. The apartment is very comfortable, and well maintained. It feels very high end, and well thought out. It's only a 5-10 minute walk into town, with a Netto and Edeka supermarket. Great transport links in both directions too. We had an excellent meal in the Italian restaurant, next to the bridge to the Island, as recommended in the house guide. Klaus was very welcoming despite the language barrier. (We definitely need to learn some German!) There were some additional charges, for bed linen/towels etc but we were made aware of this well I advance of our stay. We would love to return.
