It has a private balcony with an outdoor table and chairs for relaxing with family and friends in a peaceful atmosphere. Inside, the modern apartment is fully furnished with a warm and welcoming living room perfect for unwinding and complete with 2 comfortable sofas, a flat TV, a dining area, a full kitchen diner, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Art and history enthusiasts can visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani", home of Gabriele D\'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (20 minutes on foot/5 minutes by car) and the new museum in Salò (10 minutes on foot) called " MUSA".
Just 15-20 minutes by car you can practice canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving and golf courses. Nearby there are also trekking and mountain bike trails and horse riding centres. Furthermore, in the surrounding area, there are numerous natural parks and water parks for the enjoyment of young people and adults. The location of the apartment is also ideal for reaching the landing stage on foot from where numerous boats can take you to the Veronese shore in just a few minutes.
