Ferienhaus Direkt am Küstenwald nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand

This pretty wooden house is in a perfect location on the edge of, and overlooking, the woods. Straight onto the path into the woods towards Zempin, to the beach or 5 minute cycle into centre. Clean, comfortable with large raised patio facing away from the owner's house towards the woods (not that it mattered, very pleasant owners who gave help and advice but also left you to get on with it) and large garden area to have a game of boules! Good facilities including BBQ, outside furniture, loungers, private gate entrance, dining table inside and outside, good shower, washing line, storage, parking (car/bikes - loads of garden), not overlooked by neighbours. Upstairs large lounge / sofabed area with a separate bedroom, downstairs had lounge / sofabed which we slept on so teens had own upstairs area to themselves. Light, airy with extra bedding and towels provided. Such a good location and we have stayed in four properties now in Zinnowitz, this is the best one and very reasonably priced for what you get, real relaxing time was had by all. Roland and his wife were very welcoming and there was a nice touch of a couple of beers and pop for the teens. Can't praise it enough, we will return!
