Welcome to Ravensworth Villa, a privately owned 1200sqft luxury townhome at Sunrise Ridge Resort. Located in Parksville B.C, one Canada's top beach holiday destinations, it has everything the beautiful westcoast of Vancouver Island has to offer!
Our brand new, modern townhome boasts 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is situated just a 3-min walk to one of the most beautiful warm sandy beaches on the Westcoast.
We have furnished our townhome with our guests in mind, thoughtfully appointed with everything you need and more to ensure you have a comfortable, relaxing stay with us.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities; Keurig combination pod/pot coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, dinner and glassware, baking/serving dishes, as well as many extras including a Ninja blender, Champion juicer and Crock Pot. The adjacent dining area features a beautiful live edge table that can accommodate seating for 6.
The living room boasts a beautiful electric fireplace for some cozy nights in, with a 55" smart TV offering full cable and Disney+ and a comfortable sofa (which also converts to a bed) and chair. For those of you who need to keep up with work while you are away, we have a dedicated desk/office space as well as wireless high speed internet. We also have a variety of board games, chess/checkers, cribbage and cards available for use during your stay.
Upstairs you will find an impressive main guest room with a 14' vaulted ceiling and two expansive windows to let in lots of natural light. This bedroom has a king size bed, large double closet and 42" smart TV. The ensuite features a bathtub/shower combo with rainfall showerhead and soaker tub, double sinks, plenty of counter space and bench.
The second guest room offers a queen size bed and 42" smart TV. The ensuite features a large walk in shower with rainfall showerhead and single sink.
This townhome has two covered outdoor areas, the front entry porch has casual seating for 4, as well features an electric BBQ for all your grilling needs. The back area features a private patio with a large teak dining table and seating for 6 to enjoy some meals or beverages outside!
The resort also offers some wonderful shared amenities for our guests, including a year-round hot tub, seasonal pool, fitness room and a gorgeous outdoor wood burning fireplace.
The central location of our townhome on the island makes it perfect for everyone, whether you are looking for a relaxing retreat, romantic get-away, family vacation or some adventure, you have easy access to everything the island life has to offer. Overall everything was very good. I would have given it 5 stars vut there was a couple of things in the bathrooms that need some attention (downstairs bathroom towel holder fell off the first time I used it and the main bedroom toilet paper holder is also loose). But overall a very nice place.
