It's clean property, not allowed to wear shoes in the property , shoes have to be removed as soon as you enter the property ,the floor is laminate and its very cold to walk without shoes/sandle's
Its a basement and no thermostat we had to send message to the manager via vrbo app to increase or decrease the temperature.
Our bathroom door was very hard to close and open we had to contact the manager it was fixed the next day.
Watch out be carefull no bath Matt's in the bathroom.

Clean comfortable accommodations at a great price. Lots of restaurants, fresh markets and a short drive to Square One Shopping Mall. We felt safe in this upscale residential subdivision. The host followed up to ensure all our needs were met during and after our stay. We definitely would stay here again.

This was a very nice place to stay, a little out of the way but close enough to major roads that it didn't take too long to get around. Very good value for the money. The unit was clean and well kept, and host Sadia was very quick in responding to any any all questions. I would definitely go back.
