On Island Time (FKA Time in a Bottle) offers private, off-street parking, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, Weber gas grill, park-style grill, two screened porches, and seashell/fish cleaning station. Enjoy a game of Cornhole to become the champion and earn bragging rights during your entire stay. The beach boardwalk is diagonally across the street from this property, and the community clubhouse with grill area, swimming pool, and community tennis court are steps away.
Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above, and the elevator is available for guest use. The North-facing first floor king suite with flat screen TV offers stunning views of the Apalachicola Bay and screened porch, and the spacious full bathroom features a spa tub and separate shower. The screened-in private deck with comfortable seating is the perfect place to enjoy unobstructed sunsets over the Bay. The first floor’s hallway offers a coffee bar with mini fridge and a full laundry area. The SW king bedroom with flat screen TV offers amazing Gulf views, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and private deck access. The SE king bedroom with flat screen TV and private deck access with Gulf views shares a full bathroom in the hallway (shower/tub combo) with the final bedroom on this level – 2 sets of twin over full bunks with flat screen TV!

Lots of comfortable seating and tile floors, and large glass doors provide loads of natural light and stunning views of the Bay from the screened porch. The large, screened-in, covered deck is perfect for relaxing and offers comfortable seating for taking in sunsets and coastal breezes. Back inside, the fabulous dining table with upholstered chairs seats 10, and kitchen counters seat 6, providing lots of room for your crew at mealtime. Time In A Bottle is a dream home in which to stay on vacation. It had all the amenities you could want! It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We loved our time there and would certainly recommend this to others. This house was a perfect place for our two families for Spring Break. It was spacious and comfy and literally right across from the boardwalk to the beach. The heated pool was fabulous. The property management team was extremely helpful and friendly and I would not hesitate to rent again.

This was our favorite house to rent by far. The neighborhood was great. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. We liked the various sitting spaces and options to sit outside in a screened porch.
