Surprise- beautiful clean home away from home. Beautiful scenic Sonora desert, Close to golfing, Spring Training Facility (10-15 minutes) , Westgate, City Lake, Sun City, Sun City Grand, Sun City West (offers seven 18 hole golf courses), Cardinal's Stadium (30 min), Restaurants, Parks, ponds, Lake Pleasant in Peoria (approximately 30 min), and so much more.
Grocery store within a couple miles opened (Frys)(approximately 5 min)
2 Ring camera (doorbell/Front-driveway)
Guests have access to all rooms except the pantry in the closet that holds cleaning supplies.
Master Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (linens included), walk in closet (ironing board, iron, hangers)
Guest Bedroom: 2 Queen bed and closet (linens and hangers included)
Guest Bedroom: 3 Twin bed and closet (linens and hangers included)
2nd floor loft: Love seat with smart Tv (apps can be downloaded/ logins not provided), small desk and chair.
Bathroom 1: Master bath, double sinks, soaking tub and large shower. (towels included)

The host was accommodating and responsive. The house is roomy with basic amenities. House need updated and shows its age. Bring your own soap and shampoo as none is provided. Most of the rooms are dimly lit.
