Spacious, furnished house in the active adult 55+ community of Sun City Grand, with two bedrooms on one end and the master on the other. Large master bedroom with king bed. Great patio to enjoy the outdoors. This home has a laundry room and all the comforts of home. 30 day minimum rental required and activity cards can be purchased to use the facilities, as well as have the member's price for golf. Must be 55+. Lease required.
