About this house rental
Located 20 Kms from Ajaccio, in the Gulf of Sagone, our villa is ideally located, halfway between the sea and the mountains, nestled in the middle of the small hamlet of Pevani.
You will find the still wild and natural side of Corsica, a stone's throw from Girolata, the Calanches de Piana and the Scandola reserve.
The villa is semi-detached, spacious, has a 100 m² living area, with a living area opening onto an equipped terrace, thus offering an uninterrupted view of the sea.
It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of which have terraces, 2 bathrooms + 1 separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, flat screen TV and possibility of a baby cot).
Optionally you can get the linen (sheets and towels): 50.00 euros.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
Outside, you will enjoy a swimming pool shared with the second accommodation and overlooking the sea as well as a spacious garden and a playground for children (swing, table tennis...).
You will also have at your disposal an individual barbecue and garden furniture.

The place is very beautiful and well looked after. The Lady renting the place is also very friendly.
Unfortunately especially two things were not as written in the description - the owner does not speak English at all and the Wlan is hardly working (if it is you can only use it for messages - even Google Maps does not work...).
You also need to notice that it's in the mountains from where you are not able to reach many beaches or towns within 1h.(therefore you better look fora place on the east coast).
However, if you you don't mind those three aspects it's the perfect place to be! :)Very lovely house, garden, view and surrounding.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely modern clean villa, air conditioning, lovely warm pool with parasols and sun beds, inflatables, table tennis, basketball, swings for children.Fantastic views of bay and mountains. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.
