About this villa rental
Spend a dream vacation in this beautiful architect designed villa of 160 m2, air-conditioned, with its infinity pool, secure, and its beach viewpoint - 8 people (4 suites).
Completely open on a huge and panoramic terrace, covered part, discovered part, with a breathtaking sea and mountain view, the house erases the boundaries between inside and outside thanks to the large bay windows which are hidden in the wall.
The living room/kitchen area, as well as the 4 bedrooms, all have a superb sea view and communicate directly with the outside through large bay windows.
The 4 bedrooms, of suite type (each with its own private bathroom or shower room and toilet) are equipped with top-of-the-range bedding.
The living/dining room area, a place to live and relax, open towards the kitchen and the terrace, is fitted out with modern and functional furniture so that you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Nothing is missing, the decoration is sober, refined.
The kitchen, open to the living room and the terrace, is fully equipped to simmer good small dishes, on the terrace the barbecue/plancha Weber nearby, to organize convivial meals outside.
The terraces as well as the beach viewpoint of the infinity pool, are protected from any vis a vis.
They are spacious and fully equipped for relaxation and sharing.
The villa is secured by a gate with videophone and remote control.
Close to the sandy beaches (150 m as the crow flies and 300 m on foot), shops and activities.
The location is also perfect to visit the wonders of Corsica.

We had a two week vacation in this beautiful villa overlooking the sea. It was well situated close to a butcher and pastry shop and within a short driving distance to grocery stores. The villa was well stocked with dishes and glasses, sun loungers, utensils etc and a variety of spices. The hosts were responsive and very kind.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it certainly won't be the last. We had another brilliant week and cannot comment highly enough about the house, pool, location, facilities and help from the owner. It is genuinely wonderful and not to be missed.

From the communication the week before to the greeting on arrival Mr Piani could not be more helpful. Amazing private location with first class infinity pool. The southern aspect provides for lovely evenings when the weather is hot and the views across the bay are to die for.
Air conditioning throughout and very secure with our young family. Just a superb week, it cannot be faulted.
Walking distance to the boulangerie and the supermarket adjoining the petrol station in town surprisingly good. 30mins drive to Aiacciu for larger shops.
We cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for having us!

The House and its facilities was very good, as expected. But there were several things which unfournally were very dissapointing.
- Unable to have a real head shower due to low water pressure and no wall attachment for the shower head
- Why do we have a cat to look after? What if we were allergic? Unbelieavable retning out a House without this in mind!!
- Days with motor noice from the fields below. Nothing about that in the house presentation. In additional to this a lot of traffic noice from the Road.
Renting out to non french speaking guest should be avoided when english is not managed by the owner. Bad communication
We also have the impression that we were not treated as nice as we have expect from the owner. He seemed more irritatied than service minded and hospitable
Our total impression of our stay at this place is, sorry to say, very dissapointing!
