About this villa rental
With my family we will be happy to welcome you to the villa where we lived and raised our children, so we have equipped it with every comfort, from a fantastic kitchen equipped with everything including a fireplace, the living room with a sofa bed, an excellent Wi-Fi connection (both indoor and outdoor areas), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, private swimming pool and a large garden with barbecue. We are in countryside of Monopoli but one step from the Trulli of Alberobello and Monopoli’s beaches.
The Villa is very beautiful especially well-kept, located in a countryside area and has a large garden a completely independent entrance where you access the floor entirely for you directly into the living room which is a beautiful open space with the kitchen and the fireplace and sitting area.
The private and exclusive pool (8x5 mt) is surrounded by a lovely patio with different settings of furniture and sun beds. A wooden gazebo is placed one side of the pool to provide relax in the shadow.
If you want to cook you will have everything you need; the kitchen is provided with every pot, utensil, crockery and dishwasher. You will also have a kettle and a convenient coffee machine to make yourself a delicious Espresso in the morning! If you want to eat out, ask us and we will be able to recommend the best restaurants in the area.
In the living room a queen size sofa bed (140x200 cm), free internet wifi, a first large matrimonial bedroom; a second bedroom with two single beds (joinable if necessary), bathroom with large walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and wc. We provide free shampoo, soap and hairdryer.
Enjoy our strong point, the outdoor areas: in fact, you will be immersed in nature and you can relax under the patio, in the garden behind the kitchen, among the olive trees beside the pool or on the deck chairs and a fitness area. The external kitchen is completed with a large barbecue, wood-fired oven and sink. You can park safely inside the villa and you can recharge free your electric car.
The villa is an ideal place to spend a relaxing family holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Alberobello, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare and Ostuni.

This home was the perfect place for my 3 children and I to experience Puglia for the week. This gated home is beautiful and completely secure and private. It has multiple covered gazebos, an outdoor kitchen and great pool. We were there during abnormally hot temperatures but it was bearable with the indoor ac, pool and coverage outside.
The property is about 15 mins or less from Polignano a Mare, Monopoly and many beaches. It’s also a great spot to easily visit other towns nearby.
Cosimo and Teresa the property owners and Ilaria the property manager were so wonderful!!! Any question or concern was immediately responded to and taken care. My daughter cut her finger while we were there and Cosimo brought someone out to the house to take care of her. So grateful!!!
Would absolutely recommend Villa Coster and we hope to stay there again someday!

Fantastic place to stay in authentic Italy. Villa was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and the outdoor space was fantastic. It was safe and enclosed which is great for young children. The hosts Teresa and Cosimo could not do enough for us, we even had the pleasure of sampling Teresa’s amazing home cooking. If you stay here you won’t be disappointed.
