Great location, very spacious and comfortable apartment that can fit 6 people. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made the check in and stay straightforward and comfortable. Close to the train station and the big free parking lot next to the station. Would absolutely recommend to anybody with or without a car.

The flexibility of the host was exceptional.
We were asked to collect waste seperately. I have no problem with that, we tried, but there were no separate bins for the separate kinds of waste (organic, paper, plastic, communal, etc.) .
Please note that if you expect you guests to collect their waste separately on their vacation, you should provide the infrastructure for that: separate bins.

A cada é muito boa. Bem espaçosa, rua tranquila e a cinco minutos a pé do centro histórico. Tem ums sala/cozinha grande com fogão, geladeira, mesa e cadeiras e aparelhos eletrônicos. Tem também um sofa O pé direito é alto e no quarto tem cama e divisão com um tablado e mais cama na parte de cima.
Tem uma tv pequena com canais a cabo. Meu contato com a proprietária via whatsapp sempre teve resposta rápida.
Uma sugestão: se for possível, altere o check-up para uma hora a mais. Saimos muito cedo e a entrada ma proxima estadia, normalmente é a partir das 15 horas.
O estacionamento nas ruas próximas é difícil. Tem que ter paciência.

- earlier luggage drop-off was possible for free
- well reachable and nice host by WhatsApp
- very close to the city center
- quiet neighbourhood
- many things were broken (toilet seat and chairs were loose and not safe)
- the bed was very instable and wobbly (we slept there with 2, if someone tries to stand up you will wake up)
- and he had to carry out the rubbish on our own (which is very unusual)
