Enjoyed the place. Great location for DC touring. Stairs were tricky for my 75 year old mother but I couldn’t beat the price, so we made it work.I would recommend this place.

Location was perfect and unit very clean. We were about 20 minutes from The Pentagon, The National Mall and monuments, The Spy Museum, etc.Ted was extremely responsive to two very minor requests. Highly recommend this unit!!

The duplex was in a very central location. Curb appeal is in need of maintenance. Place was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Would be a better stay if they had a washer and dryer for convenience for guests.

Inadequate supply of toilet paper, washcloths and towels. No paper towels furnished. Consider providing coffee creamer since sugar and coffee were provided. Encountered ants in upstairs bedrooms. It would be great if a washer and dryer were included in the townhome. Overall the accommodations were satisfactory
