Perfect condo for a perfect beach trip. The owner is amazing - very responsive to texts, and very informative. Condo is decorated very nicely and is very clean! Large capacity washer and dryer which is a plus for large family. Parking at the condo is great- plenty of parking. Appreciate the two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas! Pools at the complex are very large as well. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. We were a party of 7.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed, to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach! The unit was clean and well maintained. The owner was great to work with and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this condo before - 2 years ago - and loved it then but the owner did and top-notch renovation before we stayed again this year and it's an even more amazing property now. It's so clean and beautiful and owner is so responsive and really cares about making her renters happy and satisfied. I can't say enough good things about this property. We love everything about this location and especially this unit. We cannot wait to book again next year!

Overall, we had a nice vacation, but I don’t feel this condo matched the price we paid. We’ve stayed in several beach condos in this same area over the years, and this one fell short in a few areas that future guests may want to know about.The a/c worked great and was very refreshing. All appliances were in working order and clean. Overall it was a comfortable place to touch base between beach, pool, and our outings. It is amazing proximity to the beach- very short walk and great for those that can’t make it far. We stayed on the 4th floor and thought the view was perfect!The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we arrived, there was already sand and dirt already on the floors. Rugs are all stained and dirty appearing. Most of the bath towels were stained. The kitchen also felt cluttered and wasn’t stocked with some basic essentials, such as hand towels and washcloths.We were also disappointed that we were unable to get front-row beach service during our stay. It seemed that other groups were consistently prioritized, so if that’s important to you, it’s something to keep in mind.None of these issues ruined our vacation, but for the price of this rental compared to what we have paid for other rentals, we expected something different. We also could have had discussed this with the owner and I’m sure our issues would have been resolved, but that’s not how we chose to spend our vacation.
