Clean access to the beach was easy

Ground floor apartment so we weren’t able to see the ocean like if we were on upper floors

We loved staying on the ground floor and having the grassy area in front of our unit to play around in! The unit was very spacious and clean. We loved the view out of the glass doors!

It would’ve been nice to have a dustpan to sweep up sand/dirt off the floor. All we could find was a broom. The coffee pot also didn’t work well. It seems to have a short in it or something.

Ground floor. Extra large patio and three bathrooms.

Very dirty when we arrived. Furniture was dated broke down and uncomfortable. Refrigerator ice maker was black and molded and frosted over from old ice because the ice maker was crusted over. There was old broken plastic patio furniture on the deck. The A/C vents were black and moldy. There was no daily or mid stay cleaning service or linen and towel exchange. We had to clean the unit ourselves and wash and dry our own towels and linens. Very disappointing as I did not go on vacation and relax by doing cleaning and laundry. The only items the left to clean the floors was a dirty vacuum and a filthy black dust mop. No mop or cleaning supplies. Very unsatisfied with the property and our stay. I had texted them on the second day asking about cleaning and laundry and there response was You will have to do it yourself.
