About this house rental
Look no further Indoor/outdoor entertaining at its best! This home has a pool chiller for the summer months so the pool is not 100 degrees like all the other homes in the desert. This luxurious 4-bedroom retreat is perfect for your month long stay and is located just minutes from El Paseo, and tucked inside an elite gated development. Perfect for multi-generational families.
The space:
Enter through a private entry courtyard gate to a spacious patio with an outdoor seating area and fireplace! As you make your way through the entrance you are greeted with a bright open concept floor plan and/vaulted ceiling. Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with, granite counters, oversized kitchen island plus large bar countertop, walk in pantry, kitchen nook, Butler’s Pantry, stainless steel refrigerator, double ovens, and pot filler above the gas cooktop. Keep everyone in the group comfortable with 4 bedrooms, PLUS an office, this home is sure to not disappoint.
The primary bedroom showcases a king bed, direct backyard access through beautiful French doors and a wall of windows allowing natural sun light to illuminate the room. Pamper yourself in the thoughtfully designed Master bath which includes a step-up soaking tub, vanity, his and her sinks and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 and 3 feature queen size beds and share a jack and jill bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a large double door entry, and king bed. All beds have European linens.
Outdoor features
This home has a beautiful lush backyard and a large covered patio for those who would like to escape the sun. During the day enjoy swimming in the sparkling saltwater pool and laying out on the 5 comfortable loungers in the desert sun. As the sun sets let the chef in your group treat you all to dinner around the outdoor covered dining table. with seating for 8. Wind down with a glass of wine relaxing either in the spa under the stars or nestled up around the outdoor fire table.
Additional home features:
Full size washer and dryer in laundry room filled with plenty of storage, power room, 3 car garage with gym equipment.
This property is restricted to a minimum of 30 days and guest is responsible for gas and Electric utilities. Once you book with VRBO you are accepting the terms and conditions listed in the House rental agreement which is posted on the VRBO website. House agreement will be sent to guests through DocuSign. To gain access to the house DocuSign agreement must be completed.
UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.

While our husbands were harvesting, five of us wives flew to Palm Desert for the first week of a 4 week stay. After all my girlfriends left my husband joined me for some much needed rest,sun and fun! And what a great month it was staying at Casa Pellestrina. The home is beautiful with many amenities. It is in a great location, nice pool, and great patio. Jared and Louisa are very easy to communicate with and made the trip seamless. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A month was definitely not long enough here at this beautiful home. There were only 2 of us most of the time but our adult children came for a week as an escape from the cold in Toronto. Clearly the owners and property managers care about this home. Everything was spotless clean and worked. High end furnishings which is something I usually do not notice (I am trained by my wife!). The house is in a very nice gated community and everyone was so friendly. Great location, very centrally located and close to many great golf courses. Pool and hot tub spotless and boy did we enjoy both. I would highly recommend this home. The company that manages it is a dream to work with.

The Pellestrina House was everything we had hoped for. We just spent two months in this fabulous home and have already booked for next year. The house is located in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to movie theaters, restaurants and shopping. Louisa was an exceptional property manager responding to our questions and issues immediately. She was wonderful to deal with ensuring that our holiday was perfect.The bedrooms are located in such a way that everyone had privacy. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything required to have either a casual meal by the pool or a large gourmet dinner. Owners have thought of everything.The decor in the home is stunning and beautiful. The highlight for us was the back yard. Pool is fabulous, a hit with our kids and grandkids. I loved having my morning coffee in the sun by the pool. We also had several meals at the dining table in the back yard under the stars.We have been staying in Palm Desert for about 8 years now but Pellestrina House is the best property we have ever stayed at.We are grateful to have been able to stay in such a quality home.
