We really enjoyed the house and its amenities, the location and responsiveness of the owner. Centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shopping, restaurants and activities. The backyard with pool and spa is private. Beds were comfortable with 3 en-suite bedrooms. The house is well stocked with everyday needs. Plenty of space for up to 8 people. The owner quickly responded when minor maintenance issues arose. She even purchased a crib, pack and play and high chair for our little ones. Overall, a wonderful stay in the Valley.

We fully enjoyed our month long stay at this beautiful Home. The home was well furnished with the many things you need such as paper towels, tooth paste, soap, laundry detergent, pool towels, dishwashing soap, etc.to our surprise and delight. The on-line pictures portrayed didn’t do the home justice. Plenty of room for us and all of our guest with large bedrooms and all private bathrooms. The location was very nice, close to a lot of amenities, shopping, restaurants and golf courses. We just loved the home.
In addition the landscaping was wonderful along with the many fruit trees, Lemons, Oranges, Grapefruit and Tangerines. All were in the ripening stage and we enjoyed many fruit breakfast treats. We also really enjoyed the back yard Pool and Spa so much! There was a hic-up with the pool pump but the managing company and owner worked very hard to replace it and a value actuator as quickly as possible.
We had 2 groups of friends out for a week each and they too were very pleased with the entire property and home. We certainly would love to rent this home again and enjoy Palm Springs.
