About this apartment rental
A completely renovated farmhouse, approximately 100 years old, located in the heart of the Gail Valley. Larch wood floors, underfloor heating, and natural stone in the bathroom.
Spacious living/dining area in the open-concept attic with a gallery. Plenty of light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and the preservation of the low-set floor-to-ceiling windows.
The living area opens onto a large balcony (evening sun from the west) measuring approximately 10 square meters.
The house is within walking distance of the Gail River. Swimming options at the Kirchbach swimming pool (free admission for our guests), Lake Pressegger, and Lake Weißensee.
10 minutes to the Nassfeld ski area, part of the Carnic Ski Region, Carinthia’s largest ski area.
Ice skating on Lake Pressegger and Lake Weißensee.
Restaurants serving local cuisine, two supermarkets, and the “Gailtalbauer” with a wide selection of regional products.
A second apartment on the same floor can be rented as well, allowing up to 8 people to vacation together.

Great location at only 8 km from skiarea Nassfeld.
The reception was warm and more than the necessary facilities are present.
