About this house rental
This home is located on a little slice of heaven... it's a 1.3 acre property on the lake that is set up perfectly for family vacations and long weekend get-a-ways.
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, pea gravel patio with fire pit, a boat dock and water access to Nine Mile Creek (which connects to the makn channel of Tellico Lake through the waterway behind Tellico Marina). Shielded from the main channel boating traffic, this place is a relaxing, laid-back paradise.
We have a small dock for your use. Bring your own, floats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. You can even put smaller boats and jet skis in the water on our small gravel boat ramp with a 4 wheel drive vehicle (the grass ramp gets slick when wet). To get out to the main channel of Tellico Lake, boats will need to top no higher than 6 ft above the waterline in order to make your way under the little HWY 72 bridge. This body of water is regulated by TVA and they lower the water level in Mid- November and raise it back to normal level around the first of May. The water is still accessible at this property during the winter months for kayaks and canoes by walking them 30ft out, over the exposed lake bottom, from the dock and ramp.

Enjoyed a nice stay while visiting friends in the area. The place was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to connect with and provided detailed instructions.

Quick trip to the Knoxville area to help orient our son and his wife who will be moving for his work soon. The location was perfect for our purposes. It sits in a quiet country neighborhood just a few minutes off of the highway so it was easy to access. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Robin, the owner, was very responsive in communication and wanted to be sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Check in was simple as was check out. If we ever need a place to stay while visiting the area, we’ll definitely try and rebook!

We came to the area with some family and friends and the house was perfect for us! We had a group of 6 and we were very comfortable. All the beds and furniture was so comfortable and the owners were so easy to work with and accomodating. We would definitely reccomend this house to anyone!

This property was cozy, clean and comfortable. It’s located central to all the things we wanted to do in the area! Great spot to stay outside of the bigger towns/cities but still be close enough to drive into pigeon forge and see all the national forest near there!
