This sweet little place was perfect for our family vacation. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had the most amazing views. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare home cooked meals and we ate outside every meal. It is centrally located to Georgia and Tennessee and so many activities within minutes to a couple of hours drive. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, simple getaway!

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. We cooked in the house, grilled our, and went out to eat as well. The views are beautiful, the hot tub nice, and the house comfortable and clean. We would definitely go back and we have already recommended it to many of our friends and family!

This was a perfect location to decompress!
We stopped by a local orchard and grocery on the way in. Sky Blue Overlook is located up a gravel road, on a hill. If you've ever driven on almost any gravel road, this one is probably better. I wouldn't want to drive it the first time in the dark, but go slow and you'll be fine.
The house is remarkably new, clean, and equipped. But, see that picture of the screened-in front porch? Yeah, we spent almost our entire time there. On it, you can hear the road down in the valley, but it's background noise. 40-44 dB. You can also hear a pair of local hawks, the rare plane, and both a dog and a rooster that are at least a half a mile away. The birds and the dragonfly that buzzed us were much more noticeable. Oh, and we had one vehicle drive up past, and then back, during the entire time we were there.
We did turn on the tv; it works. The wifi is great, and AT&T has cell service. Water pressure is surprisingly good, and the cleaners had turned down the thermostat so the house was 70 when we got there.
The pictures are exactly right- it's amazingly comfortable. So much so we didn't drive back out until we had to leave.
