Ocean & Racquet Condominium - For your enjoyment, our condominium complex also includes: 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in the winter), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, bocce, grill area with a covered pavilion, direct beach access and 24-hour Courtesy Service Officers. A large clubhouse with outside deck is also available to rent for meetings, reunions and weddings.
Some things to know before you arrive at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Oceanfront Resort: No pets, no bike riding on the property, no boats, trailers, RVs, campers, motor-homes, maximum 2 vehicles with signage.
Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!
*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

I was very impressed with this property-- everything you needed for an enjoyable beach experience was in this condo- comfortable beds, toiletries, kitchen needs including a Keruig and old fashioned coffee pot, laundry needs, beach chairs, a wagon...plus Ocean & Racquet is known for being a great resort. The host is extremely helpful and prompt with communication. I will definitely look this condo up next summer.

We booked a birthday/Anniversary trip and this property and the historic city provided wonderful memories for our 8 day stay. The pools were nice retreats from rare windy days on the beach. The washer/dryer in the unit were great to have. The space was relaxing and comfortable and styled in a fun costal vibe. We would love to return.

We were here for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us to stay with another couple! The access to the boardwalk/beach was so convenient and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The walk to A1A Burrito was so easy and delicious! The driver the condo recommended (Gregory) was the BEST and made getting around so easy and reliable. Overall this place was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

We wanted a short trip to the beach before college started back for my kid. It was nice to be so close to the beach. The condo was clean and lovely. We will definitely return.
