This ground floor condo is NEWLY UPDATED and can provide for family of 6. Just installed remote patio door shades (blinds). New beach accessories and inside decor. Come enjoy us at this 2-bedroom and 2 full bath condo in St. Augustine Beach. Just few walking minutes (secure) from beach. The space sleeps 6 and features one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a small group or family. NEWLY installed Comcast TV & WiFi. Guests will find two bathrooms with refreshing shower and/or tub making mornings easy and convenient. Each bath is supplied with hair dryers (total of 3). Large closet that can be used for storage or used for a playpen or air mattress. The kitchen has variety of useful appliance including new blender, new can opener and new smoothie mixer. We have for you NEW beach chairs, NEW umbrellas and NEW coolers. Additional sport amenities and a relaxing patio with NEW FURNITURE to unwind. While on patio enjoy the fountain sprinkler located in the saltwater inlet. The condo has NEW DECOR and offers a pleasant atmosphere with air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. The condo is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated & had what was needed for a nice stay at the beach. All appliances worked well. The owner is very responsive & wants his guests to have a great time while on vacation.

We were very happy with our selection based on communications with our hosts and the condo itself. The condo was everything we expected, well-supplied, convenient, and nice attention to amenities and details. And Frank and Lucy were fantastic about communicating with us before and during the stay. They took all of the guesswork out of the vacation stay. Thanks!

The condo was clean just fine. The owner however had to many rules like I was back in elementary school.Not to say I am not a rule follower at all but common sense dictates 95% of said rules.
