Came from California for a weekend with my grown kids in their 20s. The place is incredible. So beautiful. The location can’t be beat. We wanted to tour the local pizza places. This is walking distance to famed Wooster Street and the Yale campus. Adrian was so friendly and helpful. We’d love to come back again.

Exceptional! Clean, safe and comfortable. Very walkable, but parking was no problem. Friendly neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly clean, beautiful home, loved the character and couldn't tear ourselves away from the patio! Adrian is the BEST host, coffee, water, all the basics you need, and So close to excellent restaurants. Beautiful tree lined streets....truly dont hesitate, book this one.

We snagged this place almost a year in advance of our daughter's graduation, and we were so happy we did! It was so comfortable, quiet and cozy -- the perfect place to chill out in between parties and graduation events. On the only row house street in New Haven and close to walk or Uber around town, we just loved the location and the space. Adrian was great at communication as well. Thank you so much!
