This elegant quaint home with modern facilities and beautiful live green plants throughout the house is intricately furnished and impeccably maintained. It is well stocked with supplies and cooking accessories and the photos simply do not do justice to this beautiful property. The owners are kind and responsive and the garden out back is gorgeous. The bedding and sleeping accommodations are luxurious. Conveniently located near Albertus Magnus and Yale, this central New Haven location in a quiet safe residential community is a bargain for the value it provides a short or long term renter.

This spacious home was warm, well decorated and very clean. It was just what our family needed.
Nothing, it was too cold for us to really enjoy the garden but I loved waking up to it and looking outside.
