BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

House is in a good location, a few things can be added a few more lounge chairs at the pool, hot pads and more dish towels for the kitchen. a notice listing when to take out the trash and check out instructions. No light at the top of the entry. We had a great time enjoyed that house but was lacking those few things. . We have rented a house for the last several years, so we are just comparing what we had in the past.

The house was perfect for our 12 person family vacation! The bathrooms in every room was a huge bonus. The private pool was truly the icing on the cake. Our biggest issues were there was little to nothing provided by the managment company. If you plan to cook meals, be sure to bring oven mitts, silverware, cooking utensils, and your own seasonings. We also lost internet/cable one night due to storms and although we called the management company about the issue, it was never resolved. We didn't have internet or cable for the last 72 hours of our stay. The blinds in the master bedroom could not be lowered and the management company was notified within the first 4 hours and it was also never resolved.

The house was nice but when we arrived whoever had cleaned the house was not clean. The bathrooms were messy. The sheets nor pillowcases had been clean. So much trash under the beds. Close to the beach and had an amazing pool.
