Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Great space, great location, we loved it. I only wish there were more seating in the living room for adults. A couple recliners or a loveseat would made it a little more comfortable. One couch and one chair is not enough for this beautiful 3 bedroom. Also more cooking supplies, such as a crock pot, electric skillet, baking sheets and pots and pans, would made cooking for a crowd easier. Loved it was on the 3 floor, no trying to get an elevator to the garage. We loved booking with Panhandle, there at the front desk 24/7, so convenient. We had 2 minor issues walked down to the desk and they was taken care of asap. There were great. Over all we loved it and would stay again.

Location is excellent! Check in check out process was super easy. It is wonderful being on the third floor and close to the skywalk. Never had to wait for an elevator. Communication with the property manager was great. We had some issues and they were very quick to respond. Property had plenty of room for 7 of us! Beds were soooo comfortable! Complaints would be that the living room couch was advertised as a full pull out sofa. It was not a pull out. Thankfully we did not depend on that as a bed. Bunk bed ladder was broke and unable to use. Silverware needs restocked, only had four forks.

We absolutely loved the resort.. The only issue we had is that all tents on beach should be behind the actual beach chairs that customers have to pay for .. They actually blocked our view ever single day at the beach & that shouldn’t be allowed..
