Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Early check in was easy to pay for and have approved, but it wasn't communicated that the code would expire. So when we got back late, we couldn't get in. After we finally got in to the condo, there were no sheets for the pullout. If we wanted them, we had to go back down to get them. Not my favorite process, especially after having to have already been at the desk twice that day. Condo itself is well furnished, and the views are unmatched. Master bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows weren't my favorite. Bunk beds need something better than a cardboard box between the top and bottom bunk, it was a little gross looking. Bring towels or laundry detergent if you don't like using the same towel for your whole stay, there were barely enough towels for the six of us and definitely not enough hand towels or washclothes. Also, cleaning standards are not very high, someone's swim cover up or nightgown was left on the back of the bathroom door and there was a bunch of trash underneath the bed & furniture. We learned a lot about how the company runs their condos and would stay again, as this location can't be beat. You can easily walk to Pier Park.

We loved staying at this particular property. Everything was clean and ready for us at check in time. We had one maintenance issue but it was resolved quickly. The resort was perfectly placed. The kids loved the double swimming pools and us adults enjoyed the tiki bar. Will for sure be back!
