Caldera Springs is the next genesis of the rich Sunriver tradition but on a more intimate scale. This Sunriver neighboring vacation rental community was created for family fun and relaxation. Guests staying at Caldera Springs can take advantage of these exclusive amenities such as Caldera's Quarry Pool (seasonal), fitness center and explore over nine miles of walking and biking trails. Caldera guests can also access Sunriver amenities such as SHARC (paid entrance required), bike paths and Fort Rock Park.
Recently built in Caldera Springs, Dancing Rock "Grandview" Lodge is a spacious craftsman-style home designed to accommodate large vacation groups. The outdoor patio is the heart of this vacation home, complete with front row views of the 17th Fairway of the Caldera Links Golf Course and a gas firepit to cozy up to when the evenings turn cooler. Perfect for entertaining both family and friends. Just around the corner from the patio, you will be welcomed by the private hot tub! Perfect for soaking after a fun filled day at Mt. Bachelor or just relaxing and enjoying Central Oregon's starry nights. The surrounding pines provide beautiful scenery and privacy.
Through the front door, you'll enter the formal reception area. This spacious open-floor concept connects a fully stocked kitchen, both a formal and informal dining room, and a vaulted great room equipped with a gas burning fireplace and large flat-screen television with both cable & streaming capabilities.
The group's chef will want for nothing; the fully equipped kitchen is a cooks dream. Here you will find plenty of cupboard space for storing your non-perishable food items and a large refrigerator to keep your drinks cool. For quick and convenient warm drinks such as tea, an insta-hot faucet is provided. And, when it's time to clean up, your time will be cut in half with use of the two dishwashers located on either side of the kitchen sink.
This home can comfortably sleep 16 people, giving each party a sense of their own living space and private bathroom. A television is provided in each of the six bedrooms, ready to stream you favorite movies and TV shows. The downstairs living room and upstairs bonus room televisions are cable of streaming and provide your favorite cable channels too.

Outside of the home, a five-mile walking and biking path will guide you through the forested wildlife of the Caldera Springs area. And, you are just a short bike ride or walk away from the Sunriver Village where you can enjoy shopping and dining.
Caldera Quarry Pool and Fitness Center Access 2025 - Free Unlimited: This home provides for 8 free unlimited access cards. One rental access card allows up to two people entry (16 total) into the facilities.
**Includes Quarry Pool (seasonal) and Fitness Center (restrictions may apply)
**No access to lake and/or lake amenities (kayaks, paddle boards, etc.)
**Parking of vehicles on and along streets within the Caldera Springs community is prohibited. Violators may be fined or towed. Parking restrictions apply (No more than 4 cars are allowed in the driveway at any given time).
**Two small dogs are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs must weigh 40 pounds or less.

We just stayed here for a week. The house easily accommodated all 9 adults and 6 kids (ages 1-6). We really enjoyed each of the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the 2 washer and dryers, the 2 dishwashers, and the fire pit on the patio along with the BBQ. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware for our large group. We loved looking out at the golf hole it backed up to. It was easy access to the bike paths to get into town. We were disappointed in the quantity and quality of kitchen cooking utensils (old, melted plastic tongs, spatulas, no bbq tools) the lack of preparation bowls, as well as, the lack of storage containers for leftovers. In addition, the refrigerator was barely large enough to hold our groceries. A second refrigerator would have been beneficial. When we arrived the water heater was set to a very hot setting, the refrigerator was set to a very warm setting and the outdoor trash bin was completely full making it very difficult for us to store our trash throughout the week. We enjoyed spending time at the Quarry Pool, as well as, riding our bikes all around.

Our children and grandchildren spent six wonderful days in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for all fifteen of us. We enjoyed watching the birds over the pond, soaking in the hot tub, and cooking s’more over the fire pit. I recommend this house to all.

This house is gorgeous! Accommodated our large group nicely. Although I would stock the kitchen and closets better for a large group. Things like larger cookie sheets and larger serving platters would greatly benefit. Also the closets all had spare pillows but no blankets. Aside from that, we greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!

Such a beautiful home, beautifully equipped, in a beautiful neighborhood. We were very excited about our stay and it exceeded our expectations. Everyone in our group decided it was the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!
