Welcome to my NEWLY built home in Palm Coast, Florida. 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen! Huge open and comfy Living Room with a large 65” TV and a Dining area fit for a family gathering! A 50” TV in the main bedroom and a 55” TV in one of the bedrooms. LAST but not LEAST, a brand new PORCH with an outdoor dining area and FIRE PIT! Make sure to check out all of the photos so YOU can get a taste of what’s waiting for you in Palm Coast!
Palm Coast is a quaint city located in between Daytona and Jacksonville, but everyday it grows more! It has the essentials and very beautiful beaches. Palm Coast offers residents and visitors a variety of activities, attractions and amenities to enjoy. Many residents describe Palm Coast as a peaceful environment with an ideally central location, just an hour away from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and about 40 minutes away from St. Augustine. Known as "the oldest city in the U.S.," St. Augustine transports you to another world with its dated architecture and rich history with plenty to do and explore! Palm Coast offers people a sparse suburban feel and it is a very safe neighborhood which makes people live comfortably and freely!
The beauty of Palm Coast lies in the ability to sustain a downtown lifestyle with charming shops scattered throughout the downtown streets. The city offers a dozen beautiful parks, and 125+ miles of connecting trails and paths perfect for walking and bicycling. It is about a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, Flagler Beach! It is super easy to get around by foot, by bike and by car. There are multiple restaurants in the nearby area including Houligan's, Outback Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse. Place is new, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It looks just like the online photos. Well furnished. Would stay there again. There are some fun things in the garage, which we didn't realize were there until late in our stay, since we had been parking in the driveway and never looked in the garage.
