About this apartment rental

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style.you will find a large living room (very high ceiling) giving access to the terrace and the garden, an office on the mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (double beds) with storage cupboards, a bathroom. A few minutes walk or by car, you can go for a walk around the lake of enghiens le bains/Forêt deMontmorency.close to all amenities: transport (Paris 12min) and shops.
The accommodation
This house exudes happiness in my eyes, so with pleasure that I share this with you. I do not accept parties or receive more than the number of people who can sleep in the accommodation in this house except exceptions seen previously (maximum 10 people and stop the music from 00:00 to 10:00) on weekends and 22:30-10:00 on weekdays. On Sundays if events, the music stops at 20:00. Following several incidents suffered 250€ euros will be charged to you per threshold of 10 guests. For all requests, please contact me by message.

It was adequate for what we needed for one night. Left a few minor suggestions with the property manager to help with future guests.
