Back in a quite community but only mins to all the crystal coats amenities, this is one of the most unique areas on the island.
Enjoy beautiful sunrise on the ocean and sunsets across the sound, shore fishing, bike rides on the path and end the day with a grill, drinks on the deck watching the sunset.

The space
Sleeps 10, 4 bdrm, 3 full baths, (1 King & 2 queen beds) (4th room, 2 bunk beds 4 twin), 2000 sq ft.
Open plan living on the 2nd floor with great natural light. 2nd floor has 1 King bedroom with a shared on-suite for the living area.
New kitchen and appliances along with a great table for family dinners or hang out on the deck and watch the sun-set and listen to the ocean.
1st floor comprises of 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with Queen Beds, 1 with on-suite and 1 room with 2 twin bunk beds sleeping 4 and shared bathroom.
A second sitting area can be for a quick break, kid hangout or another living area opening up to the 1st floor deck.
Ground level has access to grill, Picnic Bench and front grass area for playing family games.
Guest access
Enjoy the entire home. The point of Emerald Isle is the western most point and does not have much through traffic allowing for great biking, or follow one of the bike paths into restaurants, or shopping.
A short drive you have access to historic Swansboro, Emerald Isle or take a drive to historic Fort Macon, Morehead or Beaufort.
Parking is provided front of the house and is limited to residents of the house, max 4 cars.

Cleaning fee includes cleaning, and includes all linens; towels, bedding included.

We spent our Thanksgiving here, it is a well equiped kitchen, with an open layout for socializing. Lots of room for people to spread out, we enjoyed having the master bedroom on the main floor with the other bedrooms on the lower level allowing our teenage kids to sleep in. Can't beat the views from the multi-tier decks with plenty of seating. This part of Emerald Isle is fantastic, and the house is a very short walk to the beach and accessible to the bike path. We loved our stay and hope to come back to this house in the future!

Great location quiet easy acces to beach! This home was very nice and spacious it had everything! All we needed was food and drink and our clothes very clean it felt just like being at home! We arrived and gained access and with in minutes we were settled in and enjoying life! Will definitely be staying again if allowed to! Thanks for all your hospitality in making our vacation an enjoyable and relaxing time !

Sometimes you worry if the pictures will match what you get. The match was.met. The place was clean and very close to.the beach. We were all comfortable.
