About this chalet rental
This one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished, is located on the ground floor of a secure complex and has a spacious terrace equipped with a table and chairs, from where you can enjoy views of the pool and the sea. The living area is spacious and open-concept, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, oven, two hobs, water kettle, toaster, and microwave. It also has a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person, as well as crockery and cutlery for four people.
The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen television with an English channel package (BBC/ITV), as well as a DVD player and radio. Guests can make use of a good WIFI connection during their stay.
The main bedroom has a large double bed and a built-in wardrobe that incorporates a spacious safe for valuable items. Attached to the bedroom is an additional room that serves as a laundry and storage area, where the ironing board and cleaning products are located.
The bathroom is equipped with a flush-to-floor shower, toilet, washbasin and a top-loading washing machine.
Located on the hill of the old town of Puerto del Carmen, the apartment is accessible by car and has a parking area in front of the complex. In the surrounding area there are bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, as well as a bus stop with connections to Arrecife, Playa Blanca and the airport.
A set of bed linen and towels per person is offered, which includes one large towel and one small towel.

Would definitely stay here again. Had everything needed. Including your basic toiletries and a washing machine. Shops near by but still really handy and appreciated. Quiet and private, area. Right up the top but did mean you got great views and the patio got the sun, which we were afraid it may not.

Perfect. No issues.
Good access.loads of parking.Very quiet and private but stiil close to pool. Very safe and secure.Safe included(no extra charge)
Loads of space everything worked.
For me i found the sofa in the main room not very comfortable. But maybe thats just me.
