Top Floor Beachfront Condo

The location was perfect. I needed to just get away from it all and this condo was great! I stayed in another condo at this property before but this condo has a better view and the amenities were updated. Washer and dryer was a short walk down the hallway. My only issue was the curtains in the bedroom weren’t wide enough to block out the lights in the walkway, but I also like the room to be very dark so that could just be my preference. Either way I would definitely stay here again, communication with owner was clear and quick.

Overall the condo is nice

Room was clean and included many items we forgot to bring such as beach towels, lotion, etc. Cedric was very pleasant and easy to work with!

Property advertised as "Newly Remodeled", "Kitchen Remodeled" would be more accurate. Bedroom looked much different than the pictures! The balcony does have a great view, however on our arrival the dead decaying bird and large amount of bird droppings indicated that it had not been cleaned in quite some time! Was glad to see a coffee maker on site but disappointed that there is not a single coffee cup! Cards are issued to be used to access the beach via 2 different gates. One gate is locked closed with a sign to use the other gate. The second gate has been modified not to close. Leads me to believe the property is not as secure as one might believe. Guests with mobility issues should probably be made aware that there is no current working fire alarm system in the building! Overall, not as nice as we expected.
