About this apartment rental
A newly updated condo close to the pool and barbecue area. We offer discounts for weekly and monthly rentals. It's about a hundred yards from the beach. Condo has a great view of the bay including the Carrier Lexington Museum, Texas State Aquarium, and new bridge being built over the harbor. Large walk-in shower with dual heads. Full kitchen with new countertops, full-size range with glass cook top and built-in microwave above stove, ample counter top space, pots, pans and plenty of utensils. Unit has a full sized bed and Futon couch that sleeps two as well. Condo has a dedicated work area. Bedding and extra linens are provided. Includes a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, spices and some supplies.The condo is amply furnished, with everything you need enjoy your stay. The kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, a solid surface stove with oven, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar and cream. We provide extra clean towels, sheets and blankets. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans are included. There is a separate bedroom with 1 queen size bed, and a fold out futon sofa in the Livingroom. Cable and Spectrum Internet included. Sleeps up to 4. The condo is within walking, biking or scooter distance of the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley Water park. Corpus Christi, a city on the Texas Gulf Coast, is known for it's beaches, sunny weather, and fun attractions. Much of the City is oriented around it's marina and harbor, with the famous drinking and dining attractions along the waterfront. Close by and for lunch or dinner including Whataburger, Brewster's, Pier 99, Yo's Sub Shop and Blackbeard's are just a few blocks away from the condo. You are minutes from downtown Corpus Christi, American Bank Center, and many more attractions. Indian Head Pier is 1 mile down the Causeway and the area around the Causeway is great for wade fishing. There are several wildlife refuges in the area.

We had a great stay at the location and the room. The room was accommodating to our stay and the location on the beach was what we wanted. The owners were very accommodating and communicated the check in requirements. Overall we are planning for another trip and hoping we can have a repeat stay!

This was a great spot for my family with two little ones. We came down for Spring Break There is a heated pool about a one minute walk from the condo, and the beach is about 75 yards away. The patio table and chairs face the beach and Corpus Christi bay and makes for nice evenings. This condo has a washer/dryer in the unit which was very convenient, so as not having to compete for laundry machines on the property. The kitchen is large, lot's of pantries, a kitchen nook and sleepable sofa. There is also a separate work/office space for some of us that like to check-in on work. Closet space throughout, well equipped bedroom and the bathroom seems newly tiled with a spacious shower. So it makes plenty of space for 4 people to run around in, for a few days. Recommended for family units like mine, or minus kids, either way.
