About this villa rental
In South Corsica in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, rents a magnificent villa very well decorated for 12 people located in a beautiful wooded and quiet environment.
You will have a splendid 180-degree view of the sea and the mountains overlooking the Genoese tower of Pinarello.
In the immediate vicinity of all amenities (supermarket, fruit and vegetable market, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, butcher...), and only a few minutes drive from the beaches of Pinarello and Fautea.
You will also be only a few minutes away from the splendid natural pools of the Cavu Valley where you can practice swimming, mountain biking and mountain hiking.
The most beautiful beaches of Corsica (Santa Giulia and Palombaggia) as well as the center of Porto Vecchio are only a few kilometers away by car.
The villa is composed of a beautiful living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms with double bed and its own shower room or bath for each of them.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, food warmer, dishwasher, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser, coffee machine...)
You will have a very large living room with its high-end furniture and XXL ultra HD TV.
Air conditioning in each room.
Large parking areas around the villa to put cars, trailers or boats.
Wi-Fi and Fiber.
Outside, you will have a beautiful summer kitchen with plancha and an outdoor living room with deckchair and an XXL outdoor bed to relax.
The large swimming pool consists of 3 levels with a large beach of 10 m2 for the little ones, a second level to be comfortable and a third level to be able to dive.
It benefits from a waterfall.
It is secured with guardrails and barriers.
A deposit of 2000 euros will be requested on arrival and will be returned within 7 days maximum after departure except in case of breakage or deterioration of the villa's equipment.

Lovely relaxing stay in a well presented villa. Highlight was the swimming pool - all facilities very good and family friendly. Stéphane was a great host.

We loved our stay at Stephane’s house. The house itself was perfect for families and also had a stunning view of the mountains and sea beyond.
We had a very warm welcome with Stephane always on hand if we needed anything at all.
The house itself is very well equipped and everything that we needed was there.
The location is perfect, halfway between the mountains and the pretty beaches, some of which are only a 5 minute drive away.
We had such a gorgeous stay and are thinking of booking again next year.
