Lovely caravan, host and great location

We've had a lively stay thanks to Jadwiga who's been so lovely and helpful. I have asked her to turn on the heat before our arrival as were travelling with kids and have had a previous freezing surprise at a different accommodation and the caravan was very warm on our arrival. It was also nice and clean with everything you can need. As we had a small issue with the internet (which is obviously not host fault) we really appreciated the play station, chess game and books provided. Moreover, can't thank her enough as we forgot something at the property and she was lovely enough to pack it and post it to us. Would definitely stay here again!

Our caravan was lovely, modern, clean and decorated beautifully. It was extremely comfy, the owner had games and a playstation which kept our kids happy when we were back at night. The owner Jadwiga was so lovely and kept in touch with helpful information. We will definitely book this caravan again next time we go to Seton Sands!

The owner was very accommodating, and helped us with everything we needed. Location was fantastic. Wonderful view, and very relaxing atmosphere. Complete with parking. Great place for the kids. Mini market close by.

Very close to Edinburgh geographically, though with traffic on the weekend, it took at least 45 minutes in each direction to the city center. the twin bed room had small and tight beds, and are more suitable for kids under 12.

A perfect family getaway in a clean, comfortable, and scenic setting, hosted by wonderful people — highly recommended!

We stayed here as a family with three children (ages 15, 9, and 3), along with myself, my husband, and my sister — and it was such a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. The caravan was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The surrounding area was peaceful and scenic, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, giving us extra time for check-out, which was a big help when traveling with children. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Twin rooms are very compact (Beds not suitable for adults) Disappointed with Seton Sands as a holiday site. Not great for kids 3 and under. £50 for adult pass to take toddlers swimming as too young for entertainment.

Excellent few days away, felt a home from home

Location of caravan was good. Had everything you could ask for fridge/freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, utensils. Didn't need to eat out as the caravan had a nice dining area.

There was dirty sheets left on the dining table when we arrived. When we were away for the day, someone came to service the boiler. We were not advised of this. Oven had been on, hoover left out and caravan very hot on a extremely hot day! Issues with the shower room lock, couldn't get in initially, messaged reception but no acknowledgement. Eventually sorted the issue ourselves.

Amazing experience in a wonderfully presented holiday home

Amazing experience from start to finish - so easy and everything was great. We were travelling for a special occasion and it was great to have the caravan to retreat to after a busy day in the city. Convenient, clean and really well presented with all the little touches needed to make it a special time - washing up liquid, shampoo, cloths, sponges, all kitchen equipment super-clean. Thanks so much for everything!

Absolutely brilliant stay. Caravan was one of the best once on side. Clean tidy, all your toiletries provided without any extra charge for bedding or towels. All included. Very good value for money.

What's not to like...luxury static holiday home..decking and patio furniture to take in the sun..weather was warm and sunny...tv with all the apps..wifi fast..clean and tidy in all areas..lovely private corner plot...car parked in drive...ironing facilities..hairdryer, toiletries and cleaning products supplied...

There is not a negative point and will stay again when up in the area.
