Owner was very accommodating.
We had a lovely stay at the caravan home in Seton Sands. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family break. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and plenty of facilities nearby.
The caravan was cosy and well-equipped, making it a great place to come back to after a day exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the peaceful setting and the convenience of being close to the seaside.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this caravan to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway at Seton Sands. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Didn't have breakfast in the restaurant but menu looked good.
No Wi Fi in the caravan and cost of refreshments.

Very spacious and well appointed.
Perhaps sofas could have done with a bit of stain removal but ideal if you have young children you wouldn’t be too worried.

Very unclean.
Simple things like vacuuming, cleaning / mopping floors and wiping down of all surfaces need doing ……. The basics when it comes to cleaning !
Carpets & sofas could all do with a proper upholstery clean.
