Villa Bella Vista - near the Beach and AirPort

We really enjoyed our stay at this hillside villa near Dalaman Airport and the beach. The location offers wonderful views across the sea, the surrounding mountains and the airport, with the main lounge being a particularly lovely place to sit and watch the sun set over the mountains opposite. The location would also be a real bonus for anyone interested in plane spotting or wildlife. The airport is close enough to provide an interesting view of the aircraft, while the nearby wetland and beach make the area excellent for watching birds and other wildlife. The transfer from Dalaman Airport is also incredibly convenient, taking no more than around 10 minutes by car. The villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. Personally, I felt the interior could benefit from a little decluttering, although this is very much a matter of personal preference and did not detract from our stay. Despite being close to the airport, noise pollution was not an issue for us. The villa is double glazed and has air conditioning throughout, which made it easy to keep the interior comfortable. One of my favourite features was the patio area, beautifully shaded by a grapevine. It was a wonderfully peaceful place to sit, relax and enjoy the warmth of a Dalaman evening. Overall, this is a lovely villa in a great location, particularly for those who appreciate beautiful views, sunsets, wildlife and the added interest of being close to the airport. We would happily stay again.

The only thing I felt could be improved was the amount of furniture and decorative items inside the villa. I personally prefer a more minimalist, uncluttered space, so a little decluttering would make the rooms feel even more spacious. This was purely a matter of personal preference and certainly didn’t negatively affect our stay.

With everything accessible within an hour, the location offers convenient proximity to the city centre and surrounding towns—perfect for day trips and spontaneous adventures.

The sound of airplanes was noticeable at times, but nothing that really disrupted the experience.

Murat and Tula's support was excellent. They collected us from Airport and took us to the beach, spent time with us and acted as an interpreter. They are trustworthy, polite, friendly and very helpful. I should also appreciate their hospitality. The property was very clean and beautifully designed with many fruits and flowers trees. You can watch both mountains and sea beach from the upstairs living room. My kids enjoyed a lot.
