Gute Lage. Wohnung war sauber, alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, konnte weit nach 18.00 Uhr den Schlüssel abholen, und sie sorgte auch dafür das ich vergessene Sachen schnell wieder bekam.

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis hat nicht gepasst.

Es gab einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung selbst ist grundsätzlich für 2 Personen ausreichend und ganz schön.

Leider funktioniert die Lüftung im Bad noch immer nicht, was deutliche Spuren in Form von Schimmel hinterlässt. Eine angefangene Klorolle für ein Wochenende …, keine Handseife…Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir es mitgebracht. Nun noch schnell los und etwas kaufen. Lästig! Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer war lange nicht geputzt, so dass ein Durchblick nicht möglich war. Die Sitzfläche des Sofas wurde schon mit einer Decke abgedeckt, was die Armlehnen nicht attraktiver machte. Alles in allem, mit möglichst wenig Aufwand möglichst viele Taler verdienen. Schade!

Wohnung gestattet einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in gepflegter Umgebung!

Wohnung in einer exponierten Lage, wenige Minuten zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte, sichere Unterbringung des PKW in einer Tiefgarage, schöne Aussicht von dem Balkon der Wohnung, gesamtes Haus sehr ordentlich!

Die Ausstattung in der Küche: nur 1 Tiegel mit beschädigter Beschichtung, die restliche Küchenausstattung ist okay. Alles andere ohne Kritikpunkte!

Schimmel im Bad und Schlafzimmer . Balkon schmutzig . Türgriff Balkon beschädigt. Geruch aus dem Bad . Sonntags gehämmert, Mo und Di gebohrt ( sehr lange ) habe Vermieterin geschrieben, keine Reaktion !
