Très joli appartement, bien équipé, parfaitement situé pour visiter Rodez, au calme. Place de parking très appréciable
Quelques points de propreté à améliorer, mais rien de très désagréable.

La situation géographique
Améliorer le confort. Appartement "froid " vue sur cour très fermée deco manque d'harmonie pas de lampe de chevet Odeur d'égouts à l'arrivée. Écoulement lavabo très difficile. Bac à douche peu profond Réception internet très mauvaise non possible dans la chambre Balcon inutilisable car non nettoyé
