    Great stay overall! All facilities were functioning well, and the location is very strategic. Its really near the LRT station. Stayed here for the iftar at Masjid Bangsar, so it was very convenient.

    Price is very cheap considering the size of the place. Location is top notch being connected to the Kerinchi LRT station with lots of eateries and coffee shops around. The room is pretty basic in amenities (towels, toiletries, kettle, wifi, tv, AC) which is sufficient for a comfortable stay.

    The host is unprofessional and has created an unsafe environment. Before we checked in, the host messaged us on WhatsApp asking for a deposit. He claimed this was because some guests pose as owners to scam long-term renters. When we pointed out that the requested deposit was higher than the amount listed on Agoda, he began acting strangely and said he would no longer charge us. On our first night, we experienced violent behavior and smashing our unit’s wall sounds from the next unit that lasted entire midnight. When we reported this, the host responded with passive-aggressive behavior and immediately demanded we move out, despite us having paid in full. Because we are attending a seminar nearby, we declined to leave. Since then, we have faced targeted harassment, individuals in the opposite unit confirmed by management to be associated with the host, purposely slam doors whenever we are staying inside the unit the whole week. We suspect the host is using intimidation to force guests out early to double rent the unit and earned extra side income from different travelers with same method. This is a clear breach of safety and hospitality standards.
